"I know someone in Germany who "lives by the moon," and runs her garden according to various cycles. I didn't believe her at first, then I became a convert. There is a lot of sound advice that maybe comes in our American "Farmer's Almanac," but I'm going to give "Der lebendige Garten" a chance. I might even contact Mr. Poppe and offer to translate his work into English so that I can give this book to my many friends who garden. Anyway, I enjoyed it and will try it out in the garden as soon as our snow melts!"
